Chop the Chiquita banana, the slices of Chiquita pineapple as well as the red onion, cucumber and chili pepper.

Boil water for the buckwheat noodles.

Preheat 30 mL of oil in a wok pan and fry the onions with the chili pepper for 1 minute, then add the Chiquita banana, Chiquita pineapple and shrimp. Stir until shrimp turns pink on both sides.

Cook the buckwheat noodles.

Mix all the dressing ingredients and add to the rest of the ingredients. Then add the cooked buckwheat noodles.
